CANCELLATION POLICIES
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your reservation at TailsnCoffee. To ensure a smooth process for both you and us, please review our cancellation policy:
Reservations:
- Reservations cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your arrival will receive a full refund.
- Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of your arrival will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of your reservation.
Events:
- For events or private bookings, please refer to the specific cancellation policy outlined in your booking confirmation. This may vary depending on the event/booking.
Grooming Cancellation:
- We offer a full money-back guarantee for all services purchased on our website with 24 hours of the service. If you are not satisfied with the service that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 24 hours of service.
- After the 24 hours period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to report any kind of dissatisfaction with the grooming service within 24 hours.
