  • Conduct: We expect all guests to treat each other and our staff with respect. Any disruptive, dangerous, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises without refund.
  • Pets: You are responsible for the behavior and well-being of your pet at all times while at TailsnCoffee. Your pet must be up-to-date on all vaccinations and flea/tick preventative medications. Aggressive or disruptive pets may be denied entry or service.
  • Safety: We prioritize the safety of all our guests, furry and human. Please follow all posted safety signage and instructions from our staff. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur on our premises.
  • Liability: You agree to hold TailsnCoffee harmless from any liability arising from your use of our services, facilities, or website. This includes any harm or injury to your pet, yourself, or others.

Specific Services:

Coffee & Bakery:

  • Consumption of food and beverages is at your own risk. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.
  • We cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in any food or beverage item.

Retail Items:

  • All sales are final, except for unopened and unworn items with original tags, which can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Grooming:

  • All pets must be up-to-date on all vaccinations and flea/tick preventative medications. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet with health concerns.
  • You are responsible for disclosing any known behavioral issues or health conditions your pet may have.
  • We are not responsible for any changes in your pet’s appearance or behavior due to grooming.
  • Matted pets may be subject to additional charges or may be refused service for their safety and well-being.

Boarding:

  • All pets must be up-to-date on all vaccinations and flea/tick preventative medications. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet with health concerns.
  • You are responsible for disclosing any known behavioral issues or health conditions your pet may have.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or illness occurring to your pet while in our care, except in cases of negligence.
  • Late pick-up will be subject to additional fees.

Vet Services:

  • We strive to provide excellent veterinary care but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Treatment decisions lie with the attending veterinarian after consultation with you.
  • You are responsible for disclosing any known medical history or allergies your pet may have.
  • We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or complications arising from treatment, except in cases of negligence.

Training Classes:

  • All dogs must be up-to-date on all vaccinations and flea/tick preventative medications. Aggressive or disruptive dogs may be dismissed from the class.
  • Owners are responsible for their dogs’ behavior during class. Keeping all dogs leashed and under control is mandatory.
  • Missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be made up.
