REFUND POLICIES

At TailsnCoffee, we strive to provide exceptional service and experiences for you and your furry friend. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and you may need to request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for our various services:

Grooming Service Refund Policy

In order to receive a full refund, Pet grooming appointments must be canceled at least 3 hours prior on the day of the grooming service.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours without rescheduling an appointment will be subject to a partial refund of 80% of the booking price.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours with a rescheduled appointment will be subject to a Rs. 200 rescheduling fee.
  • In case of Any Complaints/Not Satisfied with the service, Pet Parents are eligible for 100% Refund with next 3 hours of service. if its within 6hr, 50% would be refunded.

There is no refund after 24hrs of service.

Boarding Service Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, you will not receive a refund of the deposit paid. If a deposit has not yet been paid, then the cancellation fee is equivalent to the following:

  1. Cancellation within 1 month of the booking date – 40% of the amount will be refunded.
  2. Cancellation within 1 week of the booking date – 60% of the amount will be refunded.
  3. Cancellation within 24 hours – 100% of the amount will be refunded.

Vet Service Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee, determined by the specific service and consultation time booked.
  • Refunds for unused portions of medication or services are not available.
